Önemli bir bilgi vermişsin. Yalnız orada yapılan hizmetleri nasıl saymıyorlar aklım ermiyor. Geminin tanımını bize okulda yanlış mı öğrettiler? Ayrıca bu gemiler nasıl port state’e falan girmiyor onu da anlamadım :S
