S\u00f6z konusu kanuna g\u00f6re herhangi bir yerde g\u00f6steri ve eylem yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in valilikten izin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Deniz Harp Okulu Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda oldu\u011fu gibi, herhangi bir izinsiz eylem olmas\u0131 halinde, okulun yerle\u015fkesinin bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lge Tuzla\u2019da olmas\u0131 ve polis b\u00f6lgesinde yer almas\u0131 nedeniyle <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>Tuzla \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/em><\/span>\u2019nden yard\u0131m istenmeliydi. Kanuna g\u00f6re, yar\u0131m metreye varan foto\u011fraflarla izinsiz g\u00f6steri yapan grup, polis gelene kadar asker\u00ee inzibat taraf\u0131ndan belirli bir b\u00f6lgede g\u00f6zlem alt\u0131nda tutulmal\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 20px;\" border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yerle\u015fke i\u00e7erisindeki eylemin planl\u0131 ve programl\u0131 oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen uzmanlar, ta\u015f\u0131nan foto\u011fraf ve giyilen ti\u015f\u00f6rtlerin \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hemen hemen her d\u00f6nem mezunlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
