Rahmetli babac\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131n devlet memurlu\u011fu g\u00f6revinden dolay\u0131 ilkokula Ankara\u2019da ba\u015flad\u0131m. Sonra \u0130stanbul\u2019a tayini \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019a geldik. \u0130stanbul\u2019da ilkokul sonra da orta dereceli okulumu bitirdim. Liseyi Kabata\u015f Erkek Lisesi\u2019nde okudum. Lisede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenciydim. Ben o y\u0131llar kim ne olmak ister diye soruldu\u011funda \u201c<span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>M\u00fchendis olmak istiyorum<\/em><\/span>\u201d diyordum. Bu istek daha \u00e7ocukluk y\u0131llar\u0131mda ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Hi\u00e7bir oyunca\u011f\u0131m benim elimde 24 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r halde kalmad\u0131. Nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordum; bir daha da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yordu. Toplayabilece\u011fim oyunca\u011f\u0131m hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131; toplamay\u0131 istedi\u011fim i\u00e7in m\u00fchendis olmaya karar verdim. Daha sonra da opsiyon dal\u0131 olarak Gemi Makineleri \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fchendisli\u011fi se\u00e7ti\u011fim i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek ihtisas\u0131m\u0131 Gemi Makineleri \u0130\u015fletme\u2019de yapt\u0131m.<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 20px;\" border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Denizci olmak istiyordum; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fc\u00e7 taraf\u0131 denizlerle \u00e7evrili diyordum, denizde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m diyordum\u2026 O hayalime de ula\u015ft\u0131m. Denizlerde staj\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131ktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ma ba\u015flad\u0131m ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nce <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>Deniz Yollar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesi<\/em><\/span>\u2019nde yolcu gemilerinde ba\u015flad\u0131m. Yolcu gemilerinde <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">3. Vardiya M\u00fchendisli\u011fi<\/span><\/em>\u2019ne kadar y\u00fckseldim. Daha sonra y\u00fck gemilerine ordinom verildi ve orada da <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>2. Askerli\u011fi de o s\u0131rada gelen bir \u015fans diye de\u011ferlendirdim ve askere gittim. Askerli\u011fimi k\u0131sa d\u00f6nem yapt\u0131m ama denizci olarak de\u011fil. Tekrar denizlere d\u00f6nmek istedi\u011fimde de bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye \u015fartlar\u0131 ilk zamanlar oldu\u011fu gibi cazip gelmedi ama denizden de kopamad\u0131m. Bir aya\u011f\u0131 denizde bir aya\u011f\u0131 karada olan bir i\u015f arad\u0131m ve buldum. Bir acente hizmeti veren \u00f6zel kurulu\u015f, <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Lloyd<\/em><\/span>\u2019un da temsilcili\u011fini yap\u0131yordu, orada <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>surveyor<\/em><\/span> oldum. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00f6ylece ba\u015flad\u0131m ve ayn\u0131 y\u0131l evlendim. Evlenince art\u0131k denizlere \u00e7\u0131kamayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131 anlad\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ikisi bir arada zor y\u00fcr\u00fcyen bir i\u015f ve ben ailemi se\u00e7tim. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 1995 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcm. 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda kendi iste\u011fimle o \u015firketten ayr\u0131ld\u0131m ve bir g\u00fcn sonra girdi\u011fim yer <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>T\u00fcpra\u015f<\/em><\/span>\u2019\u0131n \u0130zmir rafinerisiydi. T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019ta 8 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. A\u011f\u0131r i\u015finiz deniz i\u015fletmesinde ama yine bir aya\u011f\u0131m karada bir aya\u011f\u0131m gemideydi. Ama o a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k benim saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 etkiledi. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n May\u0131s ay\u0131nda kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7irdim. Ekim ay\u0131nda da <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>25<\/em><\/span> y\u0131l\u0131 doldurdu\u011fum ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m el vermedi\u011fi i\u00e7in kendi iste\u011fimle emeklili\u011fimi istedim. T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019tan da b\u00f6yle ayr\u0131ld\u0131m. Ancak bir hafta ge\u00e7meden, emeklili\u011fimde bir hafta dinlenemeden <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">T\u00fcrk Lloyd<\/span><\/em>\u2019una ge\u00e7tim. T\u00fcrk Lloyd\u2019unun Ege B\u00f6lgesi <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>Uzman Surveyoru<\/em><\/span> oldum. Bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde d\u00f6rt ayr\u0131 konuda, bir tanesi <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">ISM<\/span><\/em>, bir tanesi 2004 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n me\u015fhur konusu <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">ISPS KODU<\/span><\/em>, bir tanesi <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">ISO<\/span><\/em> ve bir tanesi de <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>Hadec<\/em><\/span>, sertifikaland\u0131rma kurslar\u0131na devam ettim. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki salonda kurslara y\u0131llard\u0131r gidip ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamayan arkada\u015flar aras\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek dereceyle ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldum. Sertifikalar\u0131m\u0131 ald\u0131m ama \u00e7ok g\u00f6ze batt\u0131m demek ki s\u00f6zle\u015fmem uzat\u0131lmad\u0131. Bu da benim hayat\u0131m boyunca \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015firket ve tek s\u00f6zle\u015fmemin uzat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firkettir. Bu belgeleri al\u0131p kurum ad\u0131na kullanmak varken, ben bu belgeleri al\u0131p <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>Arkas<\/em><\/span>\u2019a girdim. Bu belgeleri nas\u0131l ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131, bu belgeleri ald\u0131ysam burada her \u015feyi yapabilece\u011fimi patron de\u011ferlendirmi\u015f. \u2019\u2019Evlat seninle \u0130stanbul\u2019da 3-5 ay i\u015fimiz var.\u2019\u2019 dedi ve Arkas\u2019ta sekiz y\u0131l bitti.<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 20px;\" border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda Arkas\u2019a <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>Kalite G\u00fcvence Y\u00f6neticisi<\/em><\/span> olarak girdim, sonra <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">Hasar Departman\u0131 Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/span><\/em>\u2019n\u00fc y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcm. 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda Arser\u2019in, Arkas\u2019\u0131n bir di\u011fer kurulu\u015fu, alt\u0131nda bir <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve E\u011fitim \u015eirketi<\/em><\/span> kuruldu ve oraya <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">e\u011fitmen<\/span><\/em> olarak ge\u00e7tim. 2006 y\u0131l\u0131 benim e\u011fitmenli\u011fe ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m y\u0131ld\u0131r. 50 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra e\u011fitmen oldum. 2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki o e\u011fitmenlik \u00f6nce <em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">i\u015f makineleri e\u011fitmenli\u011fi<\/span><\/em> olarak ba\u015flad\u0131. Liman sahas\u0131 t\u00fcm i\u015f makineleri y\u00f6netimleri ya da operat\u00f6rlerin e\u011fitimini ben yap\u0131yordum. \u00d6nce ben e\u011fitildim ve Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan sertifika ald\u0131m. \u0130lk olarak aday usta \u00f6\u011freticiydim sonra usta \u00f6\u011fretici oldum. \u00d6nce ben \u00f6\u011frendim. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar\u0131 ben e\u011fitece\u011fim i\u00e7in onlar kadar o makineleri bilmem laz\u0131md\u0131. Bu i\u015fte b\u00f6yle bir kritik nokta vard\u0131r, kar\u015f\u0131n\u0131za ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131 sizden bir beklentisi olan\u0131 etkileyebilmeniz i\u00e7in ve o beklentiyi, hedefi amaca ula\u015ft\u0131rabilmeniz i\u00e7in siz o beklentinin \u00fcst\u00fcnde haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa sahip olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Hayat\u0131m boyunca bir konuya \u00f6nce haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini hep tecr\u00fcbe olarak kulland\u0131m. Art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de meslek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 kabul edilen Avrupa yeterlilik \u00e7er\u00e7evesi i\u00e7indeki meslek standartlar\u0131na ve sertifikaland\u0131rmas\u0131na uygun olacak. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnden beri i\u00e7indeyim. Liman \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ad\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirici olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131m. <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"color: #3366cc;\">IMDG Code<\/span><\/em>\u2019<\/span>da da dan\u0131\u015fman gibi, e\u011fitici e\u011fitmeni gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay ve seminerlerde e\u011fitici gibi g\u00f6rev al\u0131yorum. Sertifika kurslar\u0131na e\u011fitmen olarak bizi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yorlar art\u0131k ve bunu <span style=\"color: #3366cc;\"><em>IMO<\/em><\/span>\u2019ya da kabul ettirmi\u015fler. Bu da ba\u015fka bir gurur kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z.
